- You will receive an all-in gross hourly wage ranging from €16.00 to €20.24, depending on your work experience.
- This hourly wage includes vacation pay of 8.33% and additional vacation days (10.82% of the gross salary).
- You will receive a travel allowance for commuting to and from the locations in Venlo and Born.
- You are entitled to 20 vacation days (based on 40 hours).

Functieomschrijving Truckdriver
As a new CE driver at Consolid in Venlo and Born, you are the daily link between various customers such as Bol.com, Zalando, Coolblue, Medireva, The Sting, and many other internet companies and distribution centers of our client. We refer to the trips from DC to DC as internal trips, where you primarily work with roll containers. Occasionally, you will deal with pallets, but these will be loaded and unloaded for you. You handle the loading and unloading of roll containers yourself, all to make your work as efficient as possible. Furthermore, during busy periods of the year, there are waiting times, but these are compensated as well. Along with your colleagues in Born and/or Venlo, you work in a close-knit team and share the truck. Personal touch and attention to one another are highly valued by our client. Therefore, you will enjoy personal attention from your administrator and coach at our client.
Functie-eisen Truckdriver
To strengthen the team at Consolid, not only enthusiasm is required, but also attention to the following requirements:
- You must possess a valid CE driver's license, code 95, and a driver card.
- You need to be physically fit and have a sense of humor.
- You must be resilient under stress and able to handle any route changes during the trip.
- You must be willing to work on weekends and be suitable for both day and night shifts.
- You should be familiar with the locations of Venlo and Born.
